VOXReality is an initiative that aims to facilitate the convergence of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) technologies in the field of extended reality (XR). Under the open call, the scheme aims to fund projects of innovative artificial intelligence (AI) models that will combine language as the primary interaction medium supported by visual understanding to deliver next-generation applications that enable understanding of user goals, environment and context. Three types of action are expected:

• XR integration challenges for extending application domains
• Research challenges for the extension of VOXReality models
• Full-cycle challenges for research and integration

Funding: a lump-sum payment of 200,000 euros per project, plus special assistance for the 12-month duration of the project.
